Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At All In One Business Resources, we strive to deliver high-quality 24/7 AI voice receptionists, smart website funnels, and CRM automation infrastructure. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund standards for setup services, custom AI onboarding, and recurring subscriptions.

2. Onboarding & Implementation Fees

One-time setup fees, implementation costs, and custom AI prompt engineering fees cover direct technical labor, telecom configuration, and system architecture. Once project onboarding begins and initial configuration work has commenced, setup fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Recurring Monthly Software Subscriptions

• Cancellation: You may cancel your recurring monthly SaaS or maintenance subscription at any time by providing written notice or emailing support@allinonebusinessresources.com at least five (5) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
• No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused service time once a billing cycle has processed. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Telephony & Usage Charges

Direct telecommunications costs (including inbound/outbound call minutes, carrier SMS fees, and dedicated phone number rentals) are pass-through carrier utility costs and are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Dispute & Chargeback Policy

We encourage clients to reach out directly to resolve any technical issues, billing discrepancies, or service concerns. Filing an unrecognized chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of all active AI receptionists, phone lines, and automation funnels.
